Booking conditions
These conditions apply to all bookings made with Taxi Zorro SA, Villars-sur-Ollon.
- You book online (or by phone) and pay the driver directly. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners cards, and cash.
- After your booking you receive a complete overview of your booking by email. Please check it carefully.
- The meeting place and the pick-up time are stated in your confirmation email.
- Changes to a booking, including the pick-up time, are possible: please send us an email and we confirm as soon as possible. For urgent bookings, please call us.
- Cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before pick-up (72 hours for buses and minibuses). After this period, 100% of the fare is charged.
- Every child must have their own car seat. Please include the total number of passengers, infants and children included, and choose the right seat in the booking form.
- We follow flights and trains live. In case of a delay, we do our best to organise an alternative solution for your transfer.
- Invoices are sent by email within 48 hours of your request.
